Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is used to track sales commission and variable pay. It helps finance and sales properly track each account executives annual recurring revenue attained to date, per quarter, and per month tied to their target sales numbers. You are able to modify individual views in order to fit the needs of the end user and company.

CaptivateIQ was much more easy to use by all parties involved including finance, accounting, sales, customer success and marketing. CaptivateIQ was also much less expensive in tracking commissions and other areas of our payouts when compared to Salesforce and other comparable tools. It was a relatively easy decision to make once those were found out

Suited for any scenario where a company or individual needs to track sales commissions for both account executives and inside sales reps. Finance teams often comment on its ease of use and ability to track accurately. It would not be appropriate for tracking anything else outside of sales that I am aware of.
