We're using it to create sales activities and creating touchpoints for attribution.
The team has been phenomenal when it comes to onboarding new reps and continued support. is great for companies that have multiple sales reps to a leader. As you know, it is very difficult as you are being pulled in multiple directions. But has the ability to record all calls to listen back to, share with a group, use for coaching, and onboarding as well. It also allows us to focus more on the call and have it take notes for us, which makes for a better customer experience.
