We use Chorus.ai to empower our customer-facing personnel and to share raw information from those engagements across a remote team so that no one is out of the loop on important conversations. We use the technology to lighten the administrative lift on our sales team, to provide direct, voice of the customer feedback to our product team, and to train and coach new employees.

Search functionality, analytics features, and price were differentiators in our decision.
Chorus.ai integrates seamlessly into our tech stack across most of our different meeting platforms. Others are more limited in their integration capability. Native meeting platform recorders are more limited and can't tie together conversations and sales motions that happen in several digital venues.
We were able to track and review calls to confirm what our most common sales prospect issues and questions are so that we could take a data-driven approach to content and solution development.
The Chorus.ai support team has been fantastic. Everything that you could ask for from a company whose product focuses on customer interactions.
Chorus.ai is really good at basic call recording and transcription across a small to large team. They make it easy to review and share calls for use by people other than the person who was on the call.

They struggle with providing actionable insights based on their analysis of those calls. They have good features that work well here but options are somewhat limited.
