We use this primarily for new Account Executives or SDRs being promoted to an Account Executive role. We leverage gold standard recordings that we've curated into playlists and shared them in our onboarding program & boot camps. Reps also have a scavenger hunt of AE calls to watch. We've also set up triggers in Chorus.ai to pinpoint competition, features, next steps, etc. to provide better coaching opportunities.
  • When you are within a call recording, the insights are second to none. You can track talk time, longest monologue, to self-coach for any future meetings.
  • Love how you can see the slides or screens that were presented/demoed. It is very valuable for hearing talk tracks around specific slides for ramping reps.
  • Their Zoom app looks very interesting and can be a great time saver.
  • Would love to see deal risks presented clearly if they build a better integration with SFDC. Something that will capture all activity w/ every contact is an opportunity, and present deal risks like not being multithreaded, no activity in x days, no execs engaged, etc.
  • Managing users is a very manual process. Getting your initial employees setup is easy, but anytime there are promotions or team changes, you have to update them in Chorus.ai manually.
  • Reduced ramp time.
  • Quantifiable coaching results.
  • Consistent messaging.
Playlists have saved time for new hires to focus only on the best moments, it can be very easy to click into every call that took place. Also, love how you can easily see all the recordings that took place in a deal and filter by the person that was in the meeting (i.e. decision maker).
It is a necessary part of our tech stack and have not used any other conversation intelligence tools.
When we launched Command of the Message training, we were able to set up triggers to help reps see all the examples of other reps delivering Mantras across the company. It helped our reps build their comfort with delivering and building Mantras.
Their team is great! We have access to their Support and they've been able to review any recording issues we might have had in a timely manner. Our CSM is always aligned with our business goals and when things get technical, [redacted] has been legendary.
I have not used any other conversation intelligence tools. I saw a demo of Outreach's Kaya and it looked like a very basic offering. Chorus.ai is highly differentiated and has joined forces with another necessary tech stack vendor (ZoomInfo). Really excited to see where they go.

It is well suited for call reviews because it surfaces a lot of information if you weren't able to be on the call.
