Overall Satisfaction with ChurnZero

In our organization, ChurnZero is used to monitor client usage, and their journey status, and to also open the lines of communication between teams - to make sure we are servicing our clients in the best possible way throughout their implementation of our software.

  • Added more visibility between departments
  • Allows us to monitor our clients usage, so we know when it is critical to touch base for improvements
  • Properly stored information for easier access to client resources
ChurnZero really dives deep into our client's statistics versus simply storing client data and information. It has also allowed our various departments to collaborate on the client's journey based on the implementation stage they are in. The ability to monitor client usage has really been key for us to help maintain the client relationship and know where we need to improve. Along with storing key pieces of client data for easier access.

ChurnZero deserves an overall 10 for its usability. Our organization was able to adopt the software very easily and integrate it into our daily processes and routines. I have yet to encounter any issues and/or complaints about the software in general. It has been a key staple in managing our clients in the best possible way, with ease of use. A very user-friendly product would definitely recommend it for the SaaS industry.
I have never had to contact support for this product. Ease of use has been great overall.
ChurnZero is well suited for tracking the client's journey and engagement during the implementation and post-implementation phases. It is less suited for interaction between teams, and the ability to communicate with each other. However, each team has the ability to add notes and comments at various stages of the process which helps keep the lines of communication open between departments.
