Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

In our organization, we use ClickUp to manage the different services offered by the chamber of commerce to our members, services such as legal advice, tax advice, job vacancies, business circles, affiliation, etc.
In each department it is used for different purposes, in some to inform the member of the stages in which their service is going, in other cases to inform about the expiration of memberships through email automations, in addition, we use ClickUp to follow up on the KPI.
  • Micro-management of executive services with dashboards.
  • Automation of repetitive activities such as mailing, filling in custom fields, and workflows.
  • Satisfaction surveys on the services provided.
  • Relationships feature, we need a better way to manage it, because we use this for CRM for 4000 partners.
  • Refresh rate, currently every change made to a task or list requires a page refresh to view it.
  • Automation menu to manage all automations in one place.
  • Conditional custom fields.
  • Improve teams workflow.
  • Micro-management of projects with dashboard overviews.
  • We save time making reports in excel with dashboards KPI.
  • Pulse feature helps to view who is working and on what project.
Communication between clients, executives, and managers is streamlined using forms and assigning tasks and lists. ClickUp is perfect to work with large teams and managing them all with the teams feature.
We simplify all the processes of our departments by integrating business intelligence platforms, mailing tools with automation, and storing KPIs, forms, process documents and dependencies in one app (ClickUp).
It's cheaper and has a lot of integrations that doesn't have.

Qlik Sense, Zimbra Email & Collaboration
Click Up is not a data base, we tried to use like that, and it didn't work. It is perfect for managing and monitoring different projects with dashboards and work with clients inviting them as a guest.
