Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp internally for checklists and client and employee onboarding. We also help clients (Real Estate teams and brokerages) define use cases and implement ClickUp along with other software tools.
- Prioritize tasks.
- Allow for additional info/details on tasks.
- Clarify who is responsible for what.
- Clarify due dates on projects.
- It's always hard to manage a large amount of data and different views/styles.
- Easier automation of completion of one task, can generate another task or template (it does this, but could be a little easier for novice users).
- Operating in a more organized fashion with insight into who is doing what and when.
- Ensuring that onboarding is completed by various people for new employees.
- Seeing each person's workload.
- Ability for each user to use unique views of the same data - some are list viewers, some Kanban, etc.
We don't use this feature too much as we use Slack for communication/collaboration more. This is very possible in the system using @ mentions or adding comments to tasks as well as the ability to "watch" tasks even if they aren't assigned to you and be notified when they are updated or completed.
We also have not personally used this to eliminate other tools, but that is very much possible.
I have used pretty much every checklist and project management tool there is and we've settled on ClickUp as being the most robust and flexible, while still being really easy for the end user.
