Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

I use Deputy to roster 3 teams across a 24-hour roster. Each of these teams consists of various roles and I have found Deputy to be the best platform to use. I did try other platforms but found some quite difficult to navigate, especially with regards to people working overnight and their shift being automatically broken up with regard to date/time. Deputy has made rostering so much easier.
  • Alerts me when someone hasn't clocked on.
  • Allows for the easy management of my team, they log their availabilities.
  • Allows users to post a picture of themselves: this is a great tool to have especially as all my teamwork at various locations around Australia.
  • It would be great if I could update an individual's roster for the entirety of the time I have released with one easy click.
  • Positive: time saving!
  • Positive: no more contacting team individually to fill shifts, simply release a shift and watch it get taken up by whoever wants it.
  • Positive: no more paper timesheets.
Cisco: didn't find it user-friendly at all. The team found it hard to follow. I can't think of the names of the others, clearly, they didn't make an impression on me at all.

Do you think Deputy delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Deputy's feature set?

Yes

Did Deputy live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Deputy go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Deputy again?

Yes

My only issue is I can't make a simple phone call to get an answer to a query.
It was so easy to implement.
After trialing different platforms, I decided Deputy was best suited to our business model. The system is so easy to use. Now that all my teams are working from home, the app check-in has proved to be an extremely valuable tool. I like the simple message system and the ease at which I can release a shift and a team member can simply "pick it up." It truly makes my job so much easier.
