Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use it for the customer service team, and I believe also for the production team. Both teams work with casuals and rostered (changing) shifts. It provides for easy rostering, timesheet recording and processing.
- Timesheets - recording, approving, exporting.
- Adding open shifts.
- Reporting - I need a staff list, can't do.
- Using templates.
- Copying shifts.
- Time saved on rostering.
- Time saved on timesheet management.
Deputy is specifically created for its purpose, in comparison to Google Calendar! So much easier, flexible and provides for more service!
