Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use it across our three coffee shop locations. We use it for scheduling, tracking time sheets, requesting time off and communications. It makes scheduling and managing time off requests so much easier. I also really enjoy the news feed tab for small communications and updates.

Pros

  • Time tracking, then syncing time sheets with our payroll company.
  • Scheduling has been so much easier since using deputy. The ability to manage availability all from one spot is game changer.
  • The use of different locations and positions makes it much easier to track different employees across multiple locations.

Cons

  • I wish when someone changed their availability, the manager got a notification.
  • Time tracking has been so much easier! And saved so much time!
  • Accuracy in time reporting.
  • Syncing with payroll company has been a huge time saver

Simple to use with lots of features. It has made weekly tasks much easier. Approving time sheets, scheduling, running payroll and communicating simple updates with employers.
Great option for smaller businesses looking for an easy way to track employees well.
