Overall Satisfaction with Deputy

We use it by 24 employees for scheduling in our cafe/restaurant business. Allows us to record time & attendance accurately and easily. We then use it for reporting on our wage costs and integrate this with Xero.

  • Detailed Reporting.
  • Scheduling.
  • Doesn't locate our staff on site accurately with location services when the staff sign in.
  • Staff not having to sign in manually. They love it.
  • Managers can report and track wage costs accurately and easily, sticking to budgets.
  • Works well with Xero.
Has nothing on Deputy. We moved straight from Excel to Deputy. Cant imagine business now without it

Very user friendly.
Flawless.
Nothing to complain about. This is a well oiled machine. How ever, most people seem reluctant to sign up here in NZ as they think its too expensive. Once they use it though, they realise it is worth it. It may pay to have some more incentives for signing up.
