Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
We use Deputy as our time clock system for hourly employees; to share organization-wide messages and to communicate with employees directly, and assist employees and managers in ensuring all shifts are covered. We also export timesheets from Deputy directly to our payroll processing provider.
Pros
- Easy to see schedule at a glance.
- Easy to offer up shifts.
- Tech support responds quickly.
Cons
- Notifications in the app aren't reliable - sometimes our employees don't get them.
- Deputy doesn't have labor law data for our jurisdiction.
- Wish the support documents were more clearly written.
- It has definitely made payroll processing easier with its integration with ADP.
- We also appreciate the ease with which it allows team members to swap shifts, etc.
We chose Deputy because of its smoother integration with ADP.
