Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong in a variety of ways. C-level takes a look at calls from sales reps to be up to date with the market. I also rely on Gong for note-taking and appreciate that it sends me a recap after every call. Most importantly, both my prospects and myself can refer back to the calls to review anything that we may have missed.
- Call recording
- Post-call recap
- Reminders for calls coming up
- Reminders to follow up
- I'd like for the call and email timeline to be condensed to just show actual activities and not large gaps where things aren't happening.
- Also in the timeline, I'd like to hover over the call icon and see the title of the call instead of having to click into it.
- More accountability on calls.
- Clear and concise reporting to management on what's happening on calls.
- The ability to ask for specific feedback from peers and managers because we can refer to exact moments in demos.
I love the recap emails that show action items. If I promise a prospect something after the call, Gong will shed light on me saying that. It'll also give me a timeline so that I can revisit for context.
Gong helps with compiling trends together so that I can report them wherever necessary. For example, if we're getting pushback on specific things, I can build a case that many prospects are experiencing the same and build a solution for that scenario.
I've used Salesroom in the past, but only because their C-level were Codility alum. Gong is currently top-notch.
