Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong to help us improve on the phones when talking to prospects and also to help us prep for upcoming calls. It allows us to go in to review our performance. We can see areas we did well and areas for improvement. As well as review the information to make sure we didn't miss anything in our call notes for the next person to review.
  • Helping pull out key words or phrases in call notes
  • The UI is really easy to use and makes the process so easy to do
  • The customer support is AMAZING and are so helpful and responsive
  • The actual transcription of the words. It struggles occasionally to get the correct words, but it really doesn't impact the review much because you are listening to the call, so you can hear what is being said.
  • Greater customer experience because we don't have people asking the same questions over and over again
  • Reps improving at their craft much quicker than without
It is an absolute must for any sales team!
We can see areas that customers are continuously struggling with. Things that people that turn into customers are struggling with. This helps us improve as sales reps and on a product level because we can address their pain points when we are aware of why our customers come to us.

Do you think Gong delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Did Gong live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Gong go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Gong again?

Yes

Anyone in sales, Gong, is a must to help your reps improve and also help hold people accountable. It has helped me several times to show where I had qualified a meeting so that the AE that was trying to say it wasn't an opportunity now had to flip my opp because it in fact was. I have also seen this the other way in favor of AEs. So it really just helps reps be better and get better at their job
