Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We started looking at alternatives to our phones during the pandemic. Our current system was struggling to support our staff working from home. We looked at many systems and felt that GoTo Connect meets our needs the best. We were happy to see that it included a video meeting platform that we could use with our customers and staff. It works well for us. There is no perfect system out there, but for us, GoTo Connect comes as close as any we found.

It has way more features than our previous system. It’s still not perfect, but I don’t believe any system will ever be. The meeting feature is getting stronger, but that is the weakest link for us.
GoTo Connect worked way better in my experience.
