Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We started looking at alternatives to our phones during the pandemic. Our current system was struggling to support our staff working from home. We looked at many systems and felt that GoTo Connect meets our needs the best. We were happy to see that it included a video meeting platform that we could use with our customers and staff. It works well for us. There is no perfect system out there, but for us, GoTo Connect comes as close as any we found.

  • Be able to make outgoing faxes with out having a code in the subject line
  • More features, less cost
  • Easier to manage
  • Nice reports
Everything was easy to implement. The system doesn’t have a true speed dial like our other system, but we were able to assign phone numbers to extensions, and that worked well for us.
It has way more features than our previous system. It’s still not perfect, but I don’t believe any system will ever be. The meeting feature is getting stronger, but that is the weakest link for us.
GoTo Connect worked way better in my experience.

GoTo Connect works perfectly for our small business. It seems to be able to be scaled easily and quickly when we decide to expand our staff. I would recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to host there own PBX and want features that’s not available when you host it yourself. It has been great. They do offer faxing included. We use it for incoming faxes but not outgoing because it is too difficult.
