Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Using Groove helps keep track of email campaigns, whether my clients have viewed my emails, and has brought an overall scope of communication to our sales funnel at Uber Freight. Although email integration is important, Groove helps set up email campaigns too with their use of the flow feature. Flow has allowed me to place clients in their respective flow funnels, which then automate the process of follow-ups.

I'd say I save about 3 hours a week seeing email history, writing new templates, and sending up automated emails. Helps me be more efficient when sending follow-up emails and the live tracking helps me understand the interest level of the client. 3 hours on the safe side but the process without the templates could even be saving more than 3 hours.
I like boomerang in that it reminds me to send out an email the day of and you can verify and check to see if you still want to send an email. Or if an email arrives, boomerang has a feature where you can have the email reappear at a set time.
