Overall Satisfaction with Groove

The Groove helps our sales, business development and account management teams to work more effectively. It catches the activity automatically and synchronises with Salesforce which is very useful. It dials in all the reminders, emails, meetings in order not to miss anything.

It's easily integrated into our system, sometimes may get logged out but then re-login really fast. All features are always available and work nicely

Groove saves my time in email communication by helping to add a scheduler and new templates. Also the Reminders option works well where in a few clicks you create reminders and receive them on timely manner.
