Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove primarily for outreach, strategizing my week, and staying on top of my customers and prospects that I do get in touch with. It's extremely useful for all of these purposes, among others.
- Organized visualization on contacts I'd like to reach out to in my weekly and monthly sprints
- Good set up for strategizing who I have or have not contacted and logging those outreach metrics through Groove and Salesforce simultaneously
- Keeping my cadences organized, simple, and efficient
- I wish it was a bit more thorough in cadences, but there are no real issues here that I would need to write home about
- Consistency in staying logged in sometimes which in turn does not let me log calls through Salesforce, etc especially if I don't notice
- Cadence set up
- Automated sending based on customization
- I've been able to spend less time customizing cadence outreach to everyone
- I am able to send emails automatically without my control so I can focus on other things at the same time
- I am able to contact everyone via email and dials while logging things in Salesforce quickly
