Overall Satisfaction with Heap
Heap is used by our marketing and product teams to track customer activities on our website and mobile app. It lets us know what affiliates are giving us data, what pages they go to, and other metadata about their search.
- Integrates with Snowflake
- Provides the data in an easy-to-consume way
- Some of the output is dynamic in nature and can be hard to programmatically handle
- Could have more frequent syncs
- Better marketing spend
- Better conversion rates
I have used Google Analytics in a prior life. This works out very well, and we know if multiple people are trying to log in. Google Analytics is more robust but harder to use.
