Overall Satisfaction with Hotjar
We use HotJar across the organization and for client projects as well. We were BETA testers of the product. The reasons we stay with HotJar are the ease of setting up accounts, new heatmaps for specific pages, and user feedback.

I was an early beta tester to HotJar and had previous experience with CrazyEgg. We've looked at a few others however, in using it for multiple clients we need to remove and install scripts. Also, the historic records are important for us to show before and after for UX/UI and showing how improvements, or their lack of contributing to conversions.
