Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot CRM is being used by 3 departments, they are Sales, Account Management, and Retail. Overall, it is controlled by the Performance department and Operations support. We are dealing with a pipeline of new clients as well as existing ones.

  • No option to add a picture for email signature.
  • No specific tracking of more than one recipient.
  • Has to add more databases for companies information.

  • Simplified deal cycles
  • Easier performance report
Has many integration options.
Marketing can explore the comprehensive sales report so they can make improvements for product design.
More options and more integration to 3rd party apps.

It is well suited. When adding a contact the interface will show other steps and options to add details and the sales phase.
