Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is used for sales & marketing activities in respective departments. HubSpot is helping our teams to provide easy to use marketing and sales tools and help provide better customer service. We are using it for event follows by marketing team and for customer communications by sales team. One tool helps our teams to work seamlessly together.

Web-based user interface is quite easy to use and navigate. Integration to Outlook is not the smoothest, this maybe due Outlook. Signing in required too often. Compared to other solutions, HubSpot is easy to navigate and take in to use. Marketing side is one of the better ones used in the near future.

Seems marketing focused and needs improvements for sales side. Sequences and templates work nicely and help connecting. Meeting planning and links for different meetings makes scheduling meetings faster, no need for sending emails back and forth to schedule meeting.

Individual chat would be a nice addition to connect with customers directly.
