Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is used for sales & marketing activities in respective departments. HubSpot is helping our teams to provide easy to use marketing and sales tools and help provide better customer service. We are using it for event follows by marketing team and for customer communications by sales team. One tool helps our teams to work seamlessly together.

One unified tool and solution helps the communication and interaction with sales and marketing teams. HubSpot provided ease of use tool, when everyone is the same page regarding the communication towards customers. Knowing when and what has been communicated to customers removes the double work and eliminates same messages to customers.
