Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It is used to keep a list of existing customers and potential customers which can be sorted by state, region, industry, etc. Each individual sales person uses it differently. I use it a couple of ways:

1) To generate a google map after downloading to a spreadsheet. Once mapped, I can see who is in a particular region in my territory if I am gong to that region
2) I use it for newsletters and/or marketing. It can be about a new product, troubleshooting tips, or a recent project that might be of interest to customers.
  • Easy to find company name(s) and customer/client name(s)
  • Manual entry not too time consuming.
  • I like the sorting and filtering feature
  • Sending newsletters pretty straightforward
  • Creating a newsletter or promo "letter" a bit challenging. Limited set up and how to import content
  • HubSpot asks for log in info pretty often and frequently logs me out
  • Increase in region specific sales meetings (more efficient)
  • Higher attendance to technical training sessions
  • Prospecting in new industries
I have only used ACT before and it was an older version of it. This is a better product EXCEPT when it come to creating a newsletter.
The president of the company selected Hubspot. I am sure cost played a major role as well as it being accessible while in Outlook

Yes

I think it's ideal for keeping track of customer information, location, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, industries, etc
I don't use it to create e-mails (from Outlook) but others in my organization do
Also, I think some e-mails go into customer SPAM folders....not sure why when it is coming from my e-mail address.
