Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales

We use HubSpot sales across our sales and business development departments. Our CEO also has access to the software system in order to pull monthly, quarterly, and yearly projections. We utilize HubSpot Sales to manage our prospecting, account management, upselling, and business intelligence functions. Our sales team enjoys the software's simplicity and agility.

  • Huge increases in sales rep productivity
  • Great tracking and analytics for sales managers
HubSpot Sales, in comparison to some of the larger companies listed above, runs much leaner and with far greater intuition. Too often sales reps waste time manually entering data into their sales systems or CRMs which obviously takes time away from their core function; selling. We evolved from SugarCRM to a homegrown system, to HubSpot Sales, ultimately.
I believe that HubSpot Sales is perfectly suited for solo entrepreneurs, small manufacturers representation firms, startups, tech-oriented firms, marketing agencies, sales-oriented firms and agencies, and lean operating businesses. HubSpot Sales probably is not as well suited for large and enterprise level businesses and sales organizations. From my experience, most larger companies are better suited with Salesforce.
