Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly to track and manage our customer information. In addition, our sales reps use Insightly to mange their pipeline, lead tracking and forecasting. The departments that use Insightly are customer service and sales. The problems that Insightly helps us with are customer relationship management and sales pipeline visibility.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Email and communication tracking
  • Customized reports that are easily generated

Cons

  • Very limited business card scanning features to automatically create contacts.
  • The email template is not the best, so we just bcc the link code using Outlook to link email.
  • Leads are not linked to an organization. I would like to be able to link both a lead and an opportunity to an organization.
The biggest outcome we were looking for was a CRM program that was robust and simple to use without a large expenditure. So far, we are very happy with what Insightly has delivered!
Insightly stacks up very well against the other two CRM programs we evaluated for our needs. For the value and the performance, Insightly was the right choice for our company.
We are happy with the value of Insightly. It works for our CRM needs without a large hit on the budget.
