Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
Currently, we use Iterable to keep track of our emails that are sent out. We also use this program to unsubscribe customers from our marketing mailing list for privacy reasons this works very well within our company. We can also use the history of emails sent to find specific codes that are sent to individuals.

- Customer satisfaction - when a customer feels they are receiving too many emails there is an easy solution with quick turnaround time.
- Iterable makes it east to keep track of our emails with discount codes that are sent out which helps us verify these discount codes to make sure they originated from our company.
- Iterable is user friendly and does not take much time to train so productivity stays up.
Iterable is right up there with any other brand I have used in my role as a cx service representative and escalations agent. The flow is smooth and easy to use. Everything you need is all labeled clearly and resolution methods are obvious and not much walk through is needed.
