Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
We used it as a ATS. Our old database was imported into JobDiva. New profiles are created. We use it throughout the entire organization.
- Complete profiles of candidates.
- Multiple resumes and changes/differences in different versions.
- It provides information on job candidates that have applied for jobs in the past and which jobs candidates were submitted to.
- Better UI
- Better compatibility with Safari
- Increased efficiency across the organization. Good place to track all activities.
JobDiva is better than other systems I've used. Candidates can be linked to jobs and the search ability is much more effective and efficient than others I've used. We currently use a system called Cosmos that is far inferior.
