Use Cases and Deployment Scope

A considerable amount of our clients don't employ normally so we required a framework that was very easy to understand and would help them en route. We also are making a good amount of use of their reporting tool.

Pros and Cons

The integration of the whole process with HR was excellent.
Employee referrals.
Very user-friendly.

Very resourceful tool, but we'd love to see integration with Outlook.

Return on Investment

Made everything and the hiring process much clearer in our heads.
We can now follow up with every candidate and easily and streamline the hiring process.
Good for social media platform posting and gathering.

Support Rating

We didn't need much support as the system is designed properly and every time we needed support, the team was on it. We're all set there. The only issue is they don't support the earlier versions of Internet Explorer.
