Every employee annually must go thru the training; it's a great tool for us! we have an annual process which employees must complete the training, and any new employee is prompted to complete the KnowBe4 training. KnowBe4 training exposes new and veteran employees to threats both external and internal.

We used another product prior to KnowBe4, and the product was cumbersome, and employees didn't like the product. KnowBe4 has proven to be a valuable investment both from a cost perspective as well as employee engaged.

Keeping up with the ever-changing security landscape. Each year it is fresh content, and we get excellent feedback from employees! We annually also perform a random test, sending phishing emails out, and employees comment that they are more vigilant due to the annual training by KnoowBe4.
We track employees who have completed training, and employees who haven't completed training and also generate reports. Each year and any new employee is prompted via email to sign in and complete the annual KnowBe4 training. Employees must complete training in order to access our network.
Monitoring employee training results metrics, so we know where to focus better on follow-up training. The metrics gives us great reporting results!

Our employees are more informed, educated and engaged... informed engaged employees are much more likely to help keep your organization safe and protected from both external and internal threats. I feel our employees are more knowledgeable having completed th KnowBe4 training. We regularly test our employees with fake emails and always have a very high successful rate for employees that do not click on those bad links. Our score usually runs around 90% thanks to the KnowBe4 training.
Extremely useful and convenient to be able to have an integrated product to compile and run reports. These reports allow us to monitor metrics, design and implement our processes more effectively.
Yes, compared the amount of knowledge and engaged our employees are, KnowBe4 is a great value. We feel our return on investment is well worth the cost and investment.
KnowBe4 is one of the best products we have used and implemented, well worth the investment.
There are other software packages that provide similar results, however not as robust and intutive as KnowBe4.
