Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus to proof our emails for different email clients and devices. Additionally, we leverage Litmus to gain insights on user data points, including again, email server and device usage.
- Integrates with SF Marketing cloud to show previews in platform
- Good comment functionality
- Good analytics for email recipient device usage
- Add more current versions of some email providers (missing Gmail App in iOS 16 as of 12/22)
- It would be nice to be able to send updated proofs through to the same people that were commenting on issues for previous versions
- Time saved from not having to manually test emails
- Improved visibility into email recipient email providers/devices
Within SFMC, previewing emails is seamless. A few extra steps are needed for Hubspot.
It does serve as a more effective 'channel' for feedback and reviews of our emails and their respective proofs. However, the process hasn't changed fundamentally.
Very similar. Litmus is more expensive, but natively integrates with SF Marketing Cloud.
