Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central by GoTo

We use it to monitor and manage our large number of Kiosks at multiple buildings within our organization. Helping us keep them updated and alerting us of issues. It helps us be pro active instead of reactive in many of our cases. Essentially it just helps keeps us a little more organized.

It is wonderful after the initial setup and implementation.It's fairly intuitive and easy to use for more of our tech and users. These types of products have come a long way. I've been in tech for 20+ years, and thinking back to tools like PC anywhere things have become just so much more user friendly on both ends of the device.
It has saved us countless times, and we didn't need to get boots on the ground to fix or maintain patches or errors. Being able to solve a number of issues for a central location without having to have a tech travel is invaluable as far as resources and time spent for everyone.
LogMeIn Central along with Rescue are our go to for solving and maintaining issues. It's support and documentation I feel are much better than others in the past. I learning curve seems easier for our users and techs, and just overall feels more secure and professional for our large organization.

Staying on top of the number and amount of kiosks across our multiple building and infrastructure, we can keep them updated and patched appropriately. It's pretty user friendly and easy to navigate once you have a little experience. I feel if we had less devices within our organization it would not be as essential to help maintain them.
