Overall Satisfaction with Lusha
Primarily using it for gathering lead contact information, and as an import layer between our primary prospecting tool (Sales Nav) and our CRM.
Pros
- Easy to setup
- One of the faster Chrome widgets on the market (at least compared to ZI, Seamless.ai)
- Straightforward pricing models and sales process
- Communicative CS/AM team
Cons
- Data availability/reliability
- Ability to export account info to CRM directly from company website
- Saves 10's of hours a week eliminating manual data entry/upload tasks
- Helps get in direct contact with key DMs at our ICP
