Overall Satisfaction with Lusha
Primarily using it for gathering lead contact information, and as an import layer between our primary prospecting tool (Sales Nav) and our CRM.
- Easy to setup
- One of the faster Chrome widgets on the market (at least compared to ZI, Seamless.ai)
- Straightforward pricing models and sales process
- Communicative CS/AM team
- Data availability/reliability
- Ability to export account info to CRM directly from company website
- Saves 10's of hours a week eliminating manual data entry/upload tasks
- Helps get in direct contact with key DMs at our ICP
Lusha it's a good balance of data availability/accuracy vs. cost. My primary focus is on getting as many direct phone numbers as possible and it does an okay job on that front without piling in fake numbers that would further waste time.
