Hello, I'm Srujan Vishwanath and I'm a Marketing Specialist at FireEye. I'm part of the Global Demand Generation team and I use Marketo on a daily basis. Markeo is an amazing tool, it's a complete package of design, lead management and deployment and provides end to end solutions towards successfully executing campaigns.
I have been using Marketo for more than 2 years now and the possibilities are endless. It's an amazing marketing automation tool, better than any other in the market currently.
  • Marketo integrates Lead database with it's Design Studio capabilities seamlessly and provides solutions in just few clicks
  • Marketo is very very user friendly, even a novice can learn it very quickly without much technical knowledge
  • Marketo Support is the most responsive and reliable ever. They do a really good job of attending to any questions or concerns the customer has
  • Marketo is tailor made for all companies irrespective of their revenue or employee size
  • Marketo can improve upon it's training modules - can provide more material towards understanding complex campaigns
  • Marketo can be much faster to use, sometimes technical glitches make it very hard to access
  • Faster deployement rate
  • Easy accessibility of data and leads
  • Better undertanding of design elements
  • Oracle Marketing Cloud - Oracle Cross Channel Marketing to Businesses (Eloqua) and Pardot
Actually I have never got a chance to use other marketing automation products so I cannot comment on this.
Marketo is best suited for startups but even bigger companies can use it very well. It's very flexible.
