Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is being used by our whole organization. It is a very handful application for organizations where communication is needed. A complete sotfware for meeting scheduling, whenever you need to show something on a call, you can easily share your screen with how many employees you want. Also you can call them using voice and vídeo, besides sharing files and setting up events.
  • Enhanced collaboration between employees.
  • Easily share screen and files with anyone.
  • Great integration with Microsoft Office 365 apps.
  • Sometimes emojis and gifs take a while to load, be sure you have a good network connection.
  • One thing that Teams is not good at is the notifications. If you turn them on, it will always pop up in your screen, if you turn them off, it will never pop up on your screen. There is no middle ground.
  • Received new emails should trigger a notification.
  • Enhanced communications and employee collaboration.
  • Integration with other applications, like Microsoft Office 365.
  • Good audio and video conferencing quality.
Compared to Skype for Business, i think Teams is a more lighter software, no bugs or lags, like when using Skype we used to have. It is more complete when you talk about setting up meetings or conferences. Also, when in a conference, it has a great quality of audio and video. Furthermore, Microsoft Teams has more features compared to Skype, when talking about sharing screen, with Teams you can choose the exatly window you want to share, like, you can share only your Excel window.
Microsoft Teams is really good for organizations with internal communications, both one on one, or in a group, or conference. Microsoft Teams improve business process agility and outcomes. It is a software that has all of the chat, calls, calendar, file sharing features in one. It records all of your communication with your work colleagues.
