Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is proving extremely useful to us in our agile practices. We use it intensively for our retrospectives. Not only is it being useful in the current situation with the teams working remotely, even when the teams are in the office it is an incredible tool for conducting training and workshops.

Pros

  • Easy to use.

Cons

  • Polls.
  • Voting system.
  • Improved remote workshops.
  • Improved collaboration during retrospectives.
For those who do not use the tool regularly, it can be a bit intimidating. It can even convey the feeling that it is too complex for what they may need. However, it is easy and fast to learn. And you can always look for information to help you do what you have in mind.
It seems overwhelming for the number of options it offers, but it is quite user-friendly.
Miroverse is a resource mine that is providing us with everything we need. But I would highlight how our brainstorming processes have improved by allowing the interaction of all participants in the same space.

Miro excels as a collaborative tool, with remote teams or many participants. But even with small, co-located teams, it is extremely useful when a visual aid is required or to engage participants.
