Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Miro is being used by many Departments and has allowed us to continue working together effectively and efficiently as most of us continue to work from home. Without Miro, collaboration among team members while working from home would have been very challenging. It did take a bit of time to learn the navigation.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Allow for the creation of Agile Retrospectives Boards for better collaboration.
Voting and Timeboxing discussions.
Allow for the creation of Mindmaps when planning a new initiative.

Cons

Some help functionality on creating and locking frames and shapes would be useful.

Return on Investment

Reduced/ maintained program completion time during the pandemic, without Miro we'd be much further behind than we are.
Improved productivity.

Implementation Rating

I was not involved in the implementation. Again a little more training would have been helpful in the beginning.

Ease of Integration

I have not been involved in any Miro integration so am unable to answer this.

Collaboration

Miro has allowed us to continue working collaboratively at a better pace than in-person meetings due to the online capabilities allowing people to access the Boards from multiple locations.
