Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to organize and collaborate tasks, dependencies, risks, and status on multiple projects across the organization.
  • The virtual sticky notes work well for agile development teams.
  • It's fun to use for virtual team events.
  • Multiple, concurrent collaboration is a strength.
  • I find it hard to navigate quickly because of the different sizes of sticky notes picked by multiple users. This may be a lack of user knowledge within our organization. Is there a way to force a uniform scale for sticky notes across users? If not, that would be a big improvement.
  • My experience has not been consistent across the app when clicking a link to a board from a team member. Sometimes the board opens correctly and sometimes it does not.
  • Miro has improved collaboration and information exchange across our organization.
  • In my opinion, it's clunky to watch most of our users navigate the tool when presenting.
I was not involved in implementation.
Miro has significantly improved our collaboration and information exchange across multiple projects in our organization. I don't have to repeat myself multiple times with updates to different groups/individuals. They can gain a quick understanding of what we are working on, what's been completed, and what's yet to be done. Likewise, I can quickly see what other teams are focused on. This reduces time wasted and mitigates the risk of not knowing what's going on across the organization.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

No

I like the overall concept of Miro. I usually adapt to new technology quickly, but Miro is not as intuitive to me. I will admit I haven't spent much time diving into training/support materials. However, the value I realize sharing information with and collaborating across my organization is worth the extra effort.
