Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our teams use it as the default presentation tool. So we use Jira to manage the projects and Miro to present the sketches, flow charts, diagrams and etc. The teams that use it the most are product and academic teams. What we like about it is flexibility, experience, and design.
  • Experience.
  • Functionalities.
  • Easiness (quick learning curve).
  • More functionalities, but I am afraid of losing the experience.
  • More flexible templates.
  • A word like tool.
  • Improved productivity with less Powerpoint presentations.
  • Reduced costs with third party tools.
It is a self-implementation tool. The learning curve is very quick.
We haven't done any integration except with Slack, and this integration was pretty quick. So, I can't provide a very robust feedback.
All of our product squads use Miro and it improved us a lot our work. We rely on it to continue with our remote work policy.

It is very well suited to graphic presentations; however, we should have a way to break the "presentations" into sections to have some dynamic presentations and a way to avoid the zoom in and zoom out or the scroll problems. It is not very well suited for "word presentations" or table presentations.
