Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our project team across the world is using Miro when we discuss new topics, processes, and different prospects across regions and teams (to which each member is actually belonging). At first, I loved how it could bring all members on an "actual" board, and let them throw ideas and memos very easily. It absolutely helps us to collaborate and interact with its visuality.
  • Simple and easy UI
  • Collaborative and interactive vibe
  • Its visualisation.
  • All members were struggling when choosing an item (like a sticky note) and moving the board around. I don't think it's easy to recognise if the mouse pointer is on "clicking/choosing mode" or "moving mode".
  • When the board is too big, it's not easy to find the location/specific part either where I left off or where I need to go over. The small map on the right-bottom corner is helping slightly, but still, I wish there is another option for it.
  • Other than those above, I was very satisfied with my experience with Miro!
  • Reduced project meeting hours.
  • Improved quality of the project, because it gave more and fair chances to everybody to participate in an easy way.
  • Upgrade virtual meeting experiences overall.
Overall, Miro's experiences were satisfied by project members, we were able to brainstorm at the beginning then, plan and set the scope, and map out the scenarios by different regions/teams.
Overall it's very satisfying.
Very much! We are indeed remote workers in multiple locations and it was the best solution to bring colleagues to one place and talk over the challenges and plans together.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I think Miro is a better 'real-time' solution when several people should proactively participate in a project. Our project group was on a virtual meeting and jumped on the Miro board at the same time. It maximises the visualisation and the quality of discussion.
It'd be perfect when a face-to-face meeting is not possible, but we need voices from colleagues over a variety of topics. Also when the time is limited but we all should collaborate and throw ideas/challenges. Since our company is a multi-national organisation, this tool is very well suited. However, a small team in the same region/office would still prefer to have an offline association as much as possible.
