Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro boards to ensure everyone is kept up to date with rounds of work. With many stakeholders working with each other in our industry, it can be hard to ensure all necessary presentations and feedback are shared with the wider team. Miro ensures that we are all working together in the same spot.
  • Multiple users
  • Incorporate images
  • Easily connect between points using the arrows
  • Lagging - a lot of the time I'll do something and then re-do it thinking it didn't work. I'm then left with a double up
  • More tutorials - many people in the industry are not tech-savvy and do not understand how to use many features, even the simple ones. It would be good if Miro sent tutorials via email to prompt people to participate.
  • Templates - Offering templates would be awesome. Templates specific to a type of work or layout. For example, a brainstorming template or one dedicated to months of the year/times during a day, etc.
  • Keeping up to date
  • improved productivity
  • teamwork
The way Miro is implemented in a workplace can majorly affect the ways in which a business can communicate with its fellow clients or stakeholders. While it is a professional tool, it can also showcase a friendly working space. The live updates help clients to see the work that actually goes into producing rounds of work.
Miro is absolutely spot on when it comes to ensuring that everyone in a team is up to date with the latest work or feedback or potential implementations. Having access to multiple branches of work on the same page encourages collaborative learning and participation which is awesome. The connecting arrow feature also integrates a sense of connection.
Being able to collaborate with Miro during remote learning in the workplace has been the absolute best tool. Ensuring our workplace and clients or stakeholders have access to viewing the latest work and updates as they come in has been super important. It has ensured that people are collaboratively learning and implementing their work as they go instead of it getting lost.

  • Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Microsoft word is another tool that is great in a larger workplace or industry. While it is a great tool, it does not offer collaborative and up-to-date learning like Miro does. Miro ensures that everyone is kept in the loop and all stakeholders are aware of all the updates happening and incoming feedback.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Google Drive, Google Analytics
Miro is definitely well suited to industries like mine, in situations where a larger / broader amount of people need access to the same information or particular updates. It can be hard to keep up with ever-changing work when there are fast-paced elements changing. It is not appropriate for a group of people who are not tech-savvy or do not know the simple functions of a computer.
