Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro during our team-wide brainstormings and retrospective sessions. Our team is split into different countries, so we use this kind of virtual environment to get together more easily.

  • Transmit better everyone's ideas in the team to the rest of members.
  • More awareness of the issues/worries from other members
  • Shorter meetings
We frequently use Miro integrated in monday.com, and in some cases there are some issues seeing all the members in the whiteboard.
Refreshing the page solves the problem.
Very easy to use for everyone.
Administration is also easy.
Our team does not collaborate with external organizations through Miro, but we use it to bridge the distance gap between the different locations of the members of our team.

The whiteboard from Microsoft Teams is not as responsive and it causes issues when multiple members are editing the same e.g. sticky notes simultaneously
I would recommend Miro to someone from a highly remote-working team, where brainstorming teams are frequent.

In our organization, we have already become used to using Miro for our daily routine, so changing to another platform would slow us down. Also, there are not that many platforms that compete with Miro in terms of ease and usability.
