Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

NetSuite has allowed us to consolidate financials for multiple locations, analyze our data on an ad hoc basis, and provide strong board reporting. It has also allowed us to customize many different modules so that it will work for all aspects of our business, including mortuary, cemetery, and property inventory.

NetSuite is much more powerful and allows for more customizations than other ERP systems. We have looked at QuickBooks and Home Grown systems and NetSuite is much easier to maintain and grow with our company. NetSuite has the capacity to grow with company needs and provide strong reporting.

NetSuite is very easy to use, and there are a lot of tools to help you learn how to use it. There is also great third-party assistance that can customize your NetSuite, so it works for your specific company and receives searches are excellent.
NetSuite customer support is very helpful whenever I ask a question. I get a response within 24 hours, and they schedule a call with me if it cannot be answered via email. They have cleared many issues, have been very responsive, and are easy to work with.
NetSuite has worked for our business, especially for our trust accounting and the different types of customizations. We need the custom records. The custom record function has allowed us to get flexibility and reports on all aspects of our company. We also really enjoy the dashboards and the KPIs.
