Overall Satisfaction with PagerDuty

This supports real-time support which is required as we conduct live meetings that are virtual, hybrid, and onsite local network setup. This allows us to route the correct support in real-time based on the urgency.
  • Real-time notification
  • Messaging the appropriate resource
  • Reporting needed for leadership based on usage
  • Routing complexity
  • Alert notification via text
  • Priority notification
  • It has allowed for critical support needs to be addressed
This is critical as we cannot have notifications go through when needed.
This is leveraged with our other support functions
We leverage Freshdesk for all other levels of support but PagerDuty is needed for critical alerting
This allows for us to know how often we needed to provide support, timing of support, and metrics needed for leadership
Based on price and need, PagerDuty was the best option
