Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our comprehensive solution for all HR process automation needs; from hire to retire.
  • Payroll - a very straightforward process for getting people paid quickly and accurately
  • Time & Labor - a very easy interface to education supervisors on
  • Benefits - a seamless way to get employees enrolled in benefits
  • Reporting - while the reporting tool is very robust, some of the custom reporting capabilities are limited
  • User Community - there is not a good way for other Paylocity users to interact with each other which could significantly open up the opportunities for users to learn and grow their systems
  • Reduced errors in payroll
  • Consistent recruiting process
We automated our performance review process for the first time and it created significant time savings for our supervisors and HR team.
We have not used these features yet, but anticipate using them soon.
A more comprehensive tool compared to Proliant and ADP Workforce Now. Better integrations and seamless linkages between modules. Not quite as robust as UKG Pro, but less need for on-site HRIS staff.

This solution is well suited for companies that are not extremely rigid with their HR practices. While the system is very configurable, it still requires that companies can adapt to it's capabilities like many other HR technology products.
