Implementation Rating

I believe Procore is not too hard to use but the process of uploading and retrieving information can become difficult at first with beginners. I believe it would be highly beneficial if training was provided on how to go about using special features and Procore to improve efficiency. Procore would be the way to go.

Ease of Integration

With special features, Procore offers faster and easier methods to help integrate everybody's work in one set location and easily retrieve the information when needed. Implementing Procore at work has proved to be highly beneficial because it allows to have everybody in the team integrated and informed as to what is currently taking place.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Procore is being used by my organization on a daily basis. This software is being used by everybody in the company to better assist them with project coordination and assistance. This software has proven to be an excellent tool to utilize for organization. It helps to have all the information involving a project on one location and site. Easy access is the key. A problem that had occurred was the difficulty in finding documents all in one set space,and Procore has allowed for a solution to arise.

I have benefited from these capabilities because often times we have employees out in the field and in our office who need to communicate and stay connected with stakeholders and Procore has helped bridge that gap. There is no room for miscommunication. Procore is one of the easiest ways to stay in touch with those whom we need to be to consult in the case of changes.

Dropbox

As a company and at at personal level, I have used Dropbox for many years now to store and share information. The document sharing on procore is much more efficient and direct. I also like how the space in Procore is endless. There is no limit as far as I am concerned.

Likelihood to Recommend

Procore is most appropriate when we need to have access to documents and a place in common to search them and find them. Procore allows for individuals to be up to date on scheduling and keeping others on track. It is not recommended for companies with employees who are not tech savvy.
