Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used throughout our company. It is used by everyone from the executives to field superintendents to maintain communication. It is also a tool that is used by our architects and engineers, as well as our subcontractors. The biggest issue in our business is communication, and this is our main tool to be able to keep information in one place and accessible to all parties involved in our projects.
- Easy to use. The document emailing system is a simple way to share information, while also keeping a record of what is sent to who.
- Easy to share information with those using the program as well as those that do not use the program. It does not require someone to register if they are going to use it once, or for one piece of correspondence.
- The feature for organizing project plans are excellent and they have made many improvements in the time that I have been using it. The revisions have become much easier to track and upload plans.
- Customizability is cumbersome to tackle and requires a lot of back and forth to get the final result you are looking for.
I have used some bidding software, such as iSqft, however, not in a project management capacity. I used Primavera years ago, however, this was before products such as Procore existed.
This is a feature that has benefited our company tremendously. We are spread out among many job sites, and within the job sites, the various stakeholders often do not meet more than twice a month. Giving access to all of the stakeholders, including our subcontractors eliminates the excuses of people not having access to documents or correspondence for a project.

My role as an assistant project manager has me dealing with all the documentation on a project. My job would be infinitely harder without Procore, as it allows me to centralize our documents and information, and makes distribution and tracking very simple.
