Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We implemented and used Procore for about two years for Bidding, RFIs, Submittals, Daily Logs, site progress, and photos.
- Daily Logs, Site Photos, RFIs, and submittals.
- User Interface and workflow.
- Core and underlying technology - suspect. I’ve worked with a number of Cloud-based applications. I don’t want to just attribute my response here to the User Interface. I really believe that whatever platform/database/core infrastructure Procore resides on is suspect, challenged, or [just] old.
- The system can slow in the afternoon. There are times in the afternoon (heavy usage maybe with West Coast engaged?) where the system is slow or hangs.
- Financial part clunky and not user-friendly.
Collaboration and visibility are the some of the best features of Procore
- For the core project management functionalities, it is a nice platform. Increased visibility and having everything in one place is a time saver.
- Gain visibility into projects
- Ensure information is accessible and up to date
- Document job site conditions
- Report on incidents and inspections
RFIs, submittals, daily logs, Site photos, meeting minutes, punch list - all good uses of Procore.
