Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

We use it for our content creation e.g. video, graphic, blogs, etc. This also helps track the hours of our contractors and working with other vendors.
  • Project management by dashboard view for all users
  • Tracking contractor hours
  • Over vendor spend for the quarter
  • It can have some glitches just depending on how you build it out
  • I would like a more user-friendly way to pull reports, the filters are not the best option
I do think that it has been under utilized. We still have the ability to build out more.
This has a completely different function and we use both systems.
We needed a developer for this. I have zero skills in building it out but able to maintain.

  • Improving our ability to drive insights from our data
  • Improving collaboration across one or more teams
  • Solving a specific business challenge
  • Building and deploying an application (or multiple applications) that meets our exact needs
We have achieved all with the exception of the following:
  • Driving insights from our data - If the information is not input correctly we cannot get what we need out of it.
  • Building and deploying business application faster - it took more time to build and work out the bugs
We have had no experience with this
Tracking all of our internal and external projects with a few add-ons has really helped our team's efficiency. Financial tracking needs work.
