Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase
We collect data, we collect voter information and contact information for all the neighborhood councils in the city of Los Angeles. We use that information for contacting them.
- Keeping track of contact information, expiration dates, you know, simple CRM stuff.
- There was one thing I sent in to Quickbase and requested about reporting. It was making multiples of the same type of report, but with one aspect of it being different per report. If I wanted to make a report to pull all the people from one neighborhood council but I wanted it just for one, and I needed to copy that for all 99, it wouldn't. I wasn't able to do that, I had to create each report separately.
- Time savings is definitely the biggest one. Usually we would do most of our stuff on spreadsheets, but Quickbase has made everything a lot faster for us.
We worked with Simo and Quandary to help us build pipelines. Previously we didn't know how to do that, and with their help, we were able to automate processes really well.
We haven't really had any changes since I started using it.
We use Quickbase a lot because we have about 2,000 people to manage all the time. Our database goes up to 25,000 people. So they have a CANVAN template there for project management, and we use that a lot and it makes the workflow a lot easier.
I like Quickbase better than both of them in terms of ROI.
