Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

The Sales department uses it in USA and Canada to track and easily email prospects. It ensures we stay on top of reach outs and saves time from writing emails from scratch every time.
  • Save you time writing emails when you can create cadences with templates
  • Love the feature of sending emails at a later date or time and time zone
  • Love the integrations available with Salesforce and LinkedIn SalesNavigator
  • You can't loft @gmail.com emails
  • More analytics about cadences (how many people you emailed in a certain time frame on a cadence is missing, it just shows how many emails were sent in a given time frame)
  • Increase sales rep productivity for sure
  • Ability to edit cadences/subject lines based on reply rates and A/B testing which leads to high reply rates
  • More meetings booked with prospects resulting in higher sales
Quick to reply when my permissions were disabled accidentally by my manager. They quickly fixed the problem.
It is easy to understand when you see someone's SalesLoft with several cadences and contacts going already. When it is all empty it can be daunting however once you start importing contacts and using cadences it is easy to use.
SalesLoft was already there when I started.
Fantastic for anyone in Sales, CSM, marketing, anyone who is doing client reach outs.
